To select a washing program proceed as follows:

Select program mode by touching the

Start the selected washing program by touching the

•
When the washing program starts, the "START STOP"
led illuminates.

While the washing program is working it is not pos-
sible to change any of the settings
•
You can stop the washing program by touching the
button
As soon as the washing system kit XC404 is installed and
every time the detergent and rinse aid pumps become
empty, it is necessary to start the pre-loading program
"LPUMP" (duration 2 minutes ). This program is required
to fill the suction pipes and pumps with detergent and
rinse aid.
WARNING!
Do not open the door of the oven while the washing pro-
gram is in operation.
Note:
The washing system is equipped with a sensor that does
not allow the washing program to start when the temper-
ature of the cooking chamber is over 100°C. If you start
a washing program when the cooking chamber tempera-

ture is over 100°C, the display panel 2 shows the message
"HOT" for 3 seconds and the washing program does not
start.
Before starting a washing program it is necessary to make
sure that the oven drain is open in order to avoid the
flooding of the oven chamber.
The level and the frequency of washing should be based
on the type of food that is cooked in the oven and on the
intensity that the oven is used.It is recommended to carry
out an L3 washing program (long) at least once a day.
In case of encrusted dirty it is necessary to clean the
cooking chamber manually.
4. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance operations must be carried only by a
qualified UNOX technician.
Before starting any maintenance operation, it is necessary
to disconnect the appliance from the electrical power
supply and allow it to cool down.
The appliance must be regularly serviced (at least once a
year) by a qualified UNOX service technician.
5. SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
All maintenance operations must be only be carried out
by a qualified Unox technician.
Before starting any maintenance operation it is necessary
to disconnect the appliance from the electrical power
supply and allow it to cool down.
Removal of the back panel will allow access to all internal
components for service and maintenance.
6. DISCONNECTION IN CASE OF MAL-
FUNCTION
In case of malfunction it is necessary to disconnect the
appliance:
•
switch off the electrical power supply isolator switch,
that is between the appliance and the network
•
contact your nearest UNOX service centre.
