CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
– When cleaning, use only food-approved deter-
gents.
At the end of each session of use and whenever
necessary, clean:
– The plate (see page 13)
– The hob (see page 13)
– The top burners (see page 13)
– The oven (see page 14)
– The accessories (see page 13)
– The appliance and the surrounding environment
(see page 12)
Every 100 working hours have skilled, authorised
personnel carry out the following operations.
– A check on the gas pressure and system tight-
ness
– A check on the efficiency of the safety the rmo-

– A check on the efficiency of the flues, clea ning
them if necessary
– Greasing of the gas tap (see page 23).
2 - Thoroughly clean all parts which come into di-
rect or indir ect contact with foods and all sur-
rounding areas.
3 - After use, clean the accessories with a suitable
grease-remover product. If possible, wash in
the dishwasher.

Do not wash cast iron parts such as the bur-
ners, burner caps and grills in a dishwasher.

Never use products containing substances
harmful or hazardous for health (solvents, pe-
troleum spirits, etc.).
4 - Rinse surfaces with drinking water and dry.
5 - Take special care not to damage stainless steel
surfaces. In particular, avoid the use of corro-
sive products and do not use abrasive materials
or sharp tools.
