Press the key (B) once, and the display changes to the second bi-phasic pulse.
The positive and negative part of the pulse are here separated by one span (see
diagram 2).
This pulse form can be used for pain relief with high frequencies (from 60 Hz
on) as well as for muscle stimulation with low frequencies (2 to 40 Hz).
Press the key once again, and the display changes to the mono-phasic pulse
(see diagram 3).
This pulse is exclusively used for muscle stimulation with low frequences (up to
40 Hz).
Pressing the button once more brings you back to the factory setting to the first
bi-phasic pulse.
C
Ch1 Intensity = higher intensity, channel 1
The intensity of each channel can be adjusted separately. With the key C you
increase the current strength at channel 1, i.e. the strength of the current
signal sent "upwards and downwards" (see diagram 4):
From 0 to 20 maximum you can increase with each depression of the key. This
is shown in the display
CAUTION
Before you increase the intensity, always connect yourself to
the device by putting the cable in socket 6 and applying the
electrodes (also see "Applying the electrodes").
Always start with the lowest step and increase slowly. To increase the intensity,
press the key once and observe your sensitivity of current. If you don't feel
anything, press the key once again and carefully check your feeling, until you
feel a tingling or slight twitches under or around the electrodes.
