RESPONSIBILITY
Van Berkel USA, Inc. ("Van
Berkel") warrants to the
first and original buyer of
new equipment that said
equipment, when installed
in accordance with our in-
structions within
America and subjected to
normal use and care, is free
from defects in material or
workmanship for a period
of one (1) year from the date
of original purchase ("War-
ranty Period"). Van Berkel
will repair or replace, at our
option, any product or part
that is defective in material
and workmanship without
charge if the product is re-
turned to us postage pre-
paid with dated proof of
purchase and serial number
within the Warranty Peri-
od. This warranty does not
apply to commercial use or
any product abuse.
