Fitting the windscreen to the motorcycle:
1. Place the motorcycle on a flat surface.
2. Remove the original windscreen by removing the mounting screws and pulling the screens
upwards out of the holder.
3. Put the M5x25mm lens head screws [10641] with the washers [10635] provided through the
bore holes of the MRA windscreen and place the 10mm distance sleeves [10633] against these
from behind. Secure these with the O-rings supplied [10992].
Important! The screws shall protrude only about 5mm from the distance sleeves, as
shown in figure 1.
4. Mount the MRA windscreen to the motorcycle by slightly pulling the screen apart during
assembly and letting the mounting screws engage into the holding points. If all four mounting
screws match the attachment points on the motorcycle, tighten the screws slightly and make
sure all screws have engaged. Now you can tighten all four screws firmly.
5. Hoist the edge protection profile up onto the rear exposed area of the windscreen, starting from
the fillet and going to the opposite side. Cut off the rest if required.
6. Push the clamping sleeves over the ends of the protective edge strip and lightly compress them,
using a pair of pliers to secure the protective edge strip profile.
After installation, check that all of the screws are tight; tighten them up if necessary. Repeat this at
regular intervals. Clean the screen with water, neutral soap and a sponge. Do not use solvents, alcohol or
