Do not leave impurities inside the hydraulic circuit that may clog it.
Close the sampling valve before reconnecting the water flow to the station. Restore the system pressure
by proceeding gradually and then power the control station.
UNSCHEDULED WORK IN THE EVENT OF A BREAKDOWN
All components supplied by us are chosen and tested in accordance with strict selection principles and they
therefore provide, over a long period of time, reliability and functionality to our equipment.
Mechanical faults
Given the robustness of the system, mechanical failures do not occur. Sometimes liquid may leak from a loose
connection or ring nut, or simply due to the rupture of the water supply tube. When the leak has been eliminated, you
must clean and dry any residual water on the control station, which could damage the parts in contact by stagnating.

Check the seal of the o-rings
•
Check if the filter is clogged;
•
Check the inlet and outlet valves
•
Check the sampling valve.
•
Check that the control station is powered correctly (socket and plug). If the control station remains inactive,
•
please contact one of our Service Centres.
Check the calibration carefully, if in doubt, reset the instrument with its default factory settings.
•
Check that the probes are working properly and check their state of wear
