Edge protection profile, clamp sleeves
Fitting the screen to the motorcycle:
1. Place the motorcycle on a flat surface.
2. Remove the rear view mirror.
3. Remove both screws (1) from the inner fairing.
4. Remove both screws from the front fairing (2).
5. Pull the front fairing horizontal at both sides from the rear view mirror mounting.
6. Pull the front fairing forward and down. ATTENTION: Be careful, not to break the
hooks and bosses.
7. Remove both screws from the original shield.
8. Pull both the latches of the screen across the mirror mounting.
9. Mounting in reverse sequence.
10.Attach the edge protection. Place the clamp sleeves onto the ends of the edge
protection profile and press them slightly using the flat nose pliers so that the edge
protection profile is clamped.
After installation, check that all of the screws are tight; tighten them up if necessary. Repeat this at
regular intervals. Clean the screen with water, neutral soap and a sponge. Do not use solvents, alcohol or
