7- Troubleshooting

Problem
Excessive machine
vibration.
The Chopped material is
thread like, i.e., the cut is
insufficient.
The machine is full-fed.
The belt is slipping.
Causes
The machine is not on a
proper base.
The impeller is unbalanced.
Machine has choked.
Knifes cutting edge is not
god.
Counterknife worn.
Material put in excess inside
of the feeding nozzle.
Impeller speed incorrect.
Knives cutting edges is not
good.
Counterknife worn.
Material put in excess inside
of the feeding nozzle.
Belt very is loosen and / or
dirt of oil or grease.
Solution
Put the machine on a
leveled and rigid base.
Check the quantity,
assembled position and
knife weight.
Open the cover of the
impeller compartment and
remove the accumulated
material.
Sharpen the knives.
Invert the position or replace
the counterknife.
Supply the machine
uniformly and continuously.
Check the motor power and
pulleys diameter.
Sharpen the knives.
Replace the counterknife.
Supply the machine
uniformly and continuously
without exaggeration.
Adjust the belt tension and
clean the belt.
