Ceiling - island mounting
1. (For exhaust air operation) Prepare
suitable exhaust air ducting in the wall /
ceiling.
2. Determine the operating side of the
hood on the side where the control pa-
nel is located
3. To achieve optimum extraction capacity,
determine the position of the cooker
hood centrally above the hob (use a
plumb bob to help) and mark the centre
of the tower on the ceiling.
4. Mark the position for the fixing holes
using the drilling template or according
to the dimensional drawing on page 10.
5. Drill four holes (Ø10mm) and insert
dowels.
6. Screw hanger bolts into the dowels until
they protrude by approx. 20mm, then
screw nuts onto the hanger bolts. For
standard towers with quick mounting
flange, screw nuts onto the hanger
bolts in the same way.
