– Even after adequate documentation, simulate a few test operations on first use, if neces-
sary, so as to identify the various controla and their main functions, in particular those re-
lating to start-up and stoppage.
– Check the general conditions of the equipment before every use to prevent accidents or
damage to the motor.
– Set up and carry out equipment installation only in areas or locations which are appropria-
tely ventilated, to maintain adequate efficiency conditions and to avoid the risk of fire.
– During normal operation, set the equipment up in a place that is not easily accessible by
people, to avoid potential injury (burns, injuries, etc.) to the health and safety of people or
animals.
– If the equipment is installed in a vehicle, avoid braking sharply or accelerating suddenly
because this could create problems for the pumping system and consequently shut down
the motor.
– Only use the unit for the purposes foreseen by the manufacturer. Improper use of the unit
may result in risks for the health and safety of persons, and in damage to property.
– The appliance has been designed and built to satisfy all the working conditions indicated
by the manufacturer. Tampering with any of the devices in order to achieve performance
levels other than the ones foreseen may result in risks for the health and safety of per-
sons, and in damage to property.
– Do not use the unit if the safety devices are not properly installed and operating correctly.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in severe risks for the health and safety
of persons.
– Use the equipment only and exclusively with the door appropriately closed. Do not touch
the equipment and/or electric connections with wet hands.
– After each use, before shutting down the equipment, allow it to work idly (with services
deactivated) for a few minutes.
– Always ensure that the motor is shut down and the equipment is in a well-ventilated area
before refilling with fuel. Diesel is highly flammable.
– Do not excessively fill the tank (there should not be fuel in the terminal part). When refilling
is complete, close the cap well.
– Do not allow the equipment's motor to function in closed or insufficiently ventilated envi-
ronments. The exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide (an odourless and colourless poi-
sonous gas) which could cause serious harm to people's health (even death).
