Smoke duct cleaning
• With the stove switched off and cold, vigorously move the cleaning rods (see page 16), remove the cast iron lower frontage door and
suction residue.
The amount of residue depends on the type of fuel and type of system.
Failure to carry out said cleaning can result in heating stove blockage.
After operation, make sure to securely close the inspection flap.

Seasonal cleaning (by the Dealer)
After 2,500 Kg. of pellets have been consumed, the display will read "Service???".
The stove will NOT go into a stoppage, but alert you to the need for the Dealer to do maintenance.
Before doing any maintenance work of any kind, always unplug the stove from the power socket.
On the first ignition, the authorised Dealer will deliver the stove's maintenance manual, which indicates which operations need
to be done during the seasonal maintenance.
General cleaning inside and outside.
General cleaning inside and outside.
Thorough cleaning of the exchanger pipes.
Thorough cleaning and descaling of the combustion hearth and its chamber.
Cleaning the motors and checking the mechanics of play and of the fixtures.
Cleaning the smoke outlet (replacing the gaskets on the pipes) and the smoke extractor fan housing.
Checking the surge tank.
Checking and cleaning the circulator pump.
Checking the probes.
Checking and if necessary replacing the battery of the clock on the pcb.
Cleaning, inspecting and descaling the ignition resistance housing, replacing it if necessary.
Cleaning and checking the Control Panel.
Visually inspecting the power cables, the connections and the power supply cable.
Cleaning the pellet reserve and checking play in the worm screw and gear assembly.
Checking and if necessary replacing the door gasket.
Checking the functioning, loading the worm screw, igniting the stove, running it for ten minutes and switching it off.
If the stove is not maintained the warranty becomes null and void.
If very frequent use is made of the stove, we recommend cleaning the smoke outlet once every three months.
When maintaining the smoke flue and chimney, UNI standard 10847/2000 governing individual chimney installations for generators
running on liquid and solid fuels – Maintenance and Control – or the equivalent in your own country's legislation and standards should
also be taken into consideration.
