Possible cause
1. Engine switch OFF, no gas or low oil.
2. Battery empty.

Parking brake not engaged.
4. Nobody in the driver's seat, the sensor is not
triggered.

Measures for eliminating the malfunction
1. Consult engine manual.
2. Pull the starter rope.
3.
Set the parking brake.
4. Sit down in the driver's seat
1. Consult engine manual.
1. Fill with hydraulic oil.
2. Tighten the set screws underneath the pedals to secure
to the pedal shaft.
3. Make sure the connecting rod ends (see Figure 6, item
42) are secured to the dual pedal cross shaft .
4. Release the parking brake.
5. Close the hydraulic release valve bypass.
