Remedy in case of faults

Type of malfunction
A. Engine does not start
B. Engine races to high rpm or
stalls during operation
C. Engine operates, LazyLiner
does not move forward or
reverse.
D. Engine operates, LazyLiner
moves slowly in forward or
reverse.
E. Parking brake set, engine
continues to run when operator
exits LazyLiner.
F. Engine misses during turns and
forward and reverse changes.
G. Engine runs for short time and
stops.
H. LazyLiner stil moves after
parking brake set.

Possible cause
1. Engine switch OFF, no gas or low oil.
2. Battery empty.
3. Parking brake not engaged.
4. Nobody in the driver's seat, the sensor is not
triggered.

2. The gas pedal has been incorrectly adjusted.
3. The connecting rod ends on the dual pedal
cross shaft is loose.
4. Parking brake is set.
5. Hydraulic release valve bypass is open.

Measures for eliminating the malfunction
1. Consult engine manual.
2. Pull the starter rope.
3. Set the parking brake.
4. Sit down in the driver's seat
1. Consult engine manual.
1. Fill with hydraulic oil.
2. Tighten the set screws underneath the pedals to secure
to the pedal shaft.
3. Make sure the connecting rod ends (see Figure 6, item
42) are secured to the dual pedal cross shaft .
4. Release the parking brake.
5. Close the hydraulic release valve bypass.
1. Fill with hydraulic oil.
2. Tighten the set screws underneath the pedals to secure
to the pedal shaft.
3. Make sure the connecting rod ends (see Figure 6, item
42) are secured to the dual pedal cross shaft .
4. Release the parking brake.
5. Close the hydraulic release valve bypass.

2. Adjust parking brake per Maintenance instructions (see
