3.2. Installing the shaft

Insert the shaft (1) in the free opening on the tank base (on the same side of the
chamber). Fit the shaft lock (2).

3.3. Installing the lever

• Lightly greases the orifi ce on the chamber top.
• Fit a fl at washer on the shaft and rod.
• For easy assembly, install the lever on the shaft and the rod on the chamber
top at the same time.
• Install the other fl at washers on the shaft and rod and lock with the lock ring.

3.4. Attaching the lance to the trigger valve

Push the lance into the trigger valve and secure it with the screw cap.

Do not overtighten the screw cap.

3.5. Tightening the fastening nut

Before using the equipament, tighten the fastening nut (A).
NOTE: This operation must be done with the hand. Do not use any type of tool.

3.6. Installing the shoulder strap

Install the shoulder strap by following the steps below:

3.7. Adjusting the shoulder strap

The tank is contoured for the operator comfort. The shoulder straps can be quickly
adjusted to properly position the sprayer on the operator's back.

3.8. Tightening

Hold the strap buckle fi rmly with one hand, and pull the handle downward with
the other hand.

Hold the buckle fi rmly with one hand, and pull the strap upward with the other
hand.
