1. Remove the protective cover from the
housing:
S Loosen the screws
S Pull the latching hook outwards
2. Unscrew the locking screws for the stop
cams.
To move the stop cams, simply loosen the
locking screws until they can be moved.
3. Move the cams to the desired end posi
tion. Operation is only permitted with
both stop cams.
The following restrictions must be ad
hered to when doing this:
The limiting pin (A) must not be removed. If it is removed, the internal
rotary vane will slam into the end position without being cushioned. The
limiting pin is therefore required for safe delimiting of the end positions.
Minimum distance of 3 mm to the insertion slot of the stop cam (on the
opposite side of the limiting pin).
Precision adjustment of the end position
is performed under pressure using the
cushioning elements 4 (page 23).
4. Tighten the locking screws for the stop
cam using the specified torque in the fol
lowing order:
first the locking screw in the centre of
the stop cam,
followed by the second locking screw.

5. Replace the protective cover on the housing:
push in the latching hook
tighten the screws (tightening torque 0.5 Nm).
