Abbreviations
N/S - Not serviced separately, can only be
obtained by ordering main component or kit.
AR -Variable quantity or measurement is required
to obtain correct adjustment.
Symbols such as l, next to the item number,
indicate that a note exists which contains additional
information important in ordering that part.

12.2 TO ORDER PARTS ________________________________________________________
1. Write your full name and complete address on the
order.
2. Explain where and how to make shipment.
3. Give product number, name, and serial number that is
stamped on the name plate or serial plate of your
product.
4. Order by the quantity desired, the part number, and
description of the part as given in the parts list.

These parts can be ordered separately or as part of the
main component.

5. Send or bring the order to an authorized Jacobsen
Distributor.
6. Inspect all shipments on receipt. If any parts are dam-
aged or missing, file a claim with the carrier before
accepting.
7. Do not return material without a letter of explanation
and a listing of the parts being returned. Transporta-
tion charges must be prepaid.
