Chapter 7. Ordinary maintenance
7.1. Instructions for ordinary maintenance work
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED, APPROPRIATELY TRAINED STAFF.
Before carrying out maintenance, switch the machine off with the main ON/OFF switch, disconnect
it and wait for the machine to cool down!
7.2. Lubrication
Periodically lubricate the conveyor belt chains using
lubricant for high temperature such as:
grease with silicone
non melting grease
7.3. Plastic film and other scrap removal
It is very important to periodically clean the tunnel inside
so to remove all scraps.
Wait for the tunnel to cool down properly before cleaning it!
7.4. Machine cleaning
Use a cloth moistened with water for tunnel cleaning.
Do not use solvents but common detergents
7.5. Replacement of the supply cord
ATTENTION!
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
