HOW TO READ AND USE THIS USE AND
MAINTENANCE MANUAL
This Use and Maintenance Manual provides information
on the installation, use and maintenance of the ARIO 35
laboratory micromotor made by Zhermack.
• The ARIO 35 laboratory micromotor must be used in
compliance with this Manual which should be read
before installing and starting the micromotor, without
EN
omitting any of the contents and paying particular
attention to text written in bold and highlighted by
boxes and/or symbols indicating hazardous situations
or the need for attention (see paragraph 1.2).
• Respect for the instructions and recommendations
contained in this manual allows the machine to be used
and serviced safely.
• This Use and Maintenance Manual represents an
integral part of the machine. It must therefore be
available for consultation near the machine and kept
appropriately (in a dry protected weatherproof place
away from direct sunlight, etc.) throughout the working
life of the ARIO 35 laboratory micromotor, including
if the machine is transferred to other users, until the
machine is disposed of at the end of its working life.
• This Manual should be kept constantly up-to-date,
incorporating possible amendments, additions or
modifications coming from the manufacturer.
Possible notes and comments should be entered in the
space at the end of the Manual (see Annexes: Notes).
• Use the manual in such a way as to avoid damaging the
contents wholly or in part.
• Do not remove, tear or write over parts of the manual
for any reason.
• If the manual is lost or partially damaged and its
contents are no longer wholly legible, a new manual
should be requested from the manufacturer.
This Use and Maintenance Manual is aimed at operators
with the specific purpose of allowing the laboratory
micromotor to be used correctly. It contains useful
information on the use of the machine according to
the design characteristics. In particular, it contains
instructions and indications for:
• correct installation of the ARIO 35 laboratory micromotor;
• a functional description of the machine and all
components;
• first start-up;
• correct programmed maintenance;
• following elementary safety and accident prevention
rules.
The manual is divided into nine chapters, each referring
to a specific subject relevant to the machine as a whole.
