System Basics

1. Download and install the mobile app.
2. Launch the mobile app.
If you have an activation code:
• Tap the Get Started button to begin the setup process.
• Once you have entered your Activation Code, the app will guide you
through setting up each of the components of your RELY Security system.
If you have been given a Username and Password:
• Log in to your account.
• Add and setup your components
• Tap the ≡ in the upper left corner of your mobile device
• Select "Settings", then select "Security".
• Tap on the "+" icon (near the bottom of your screen) to add your
component.

If an " " appears in the upper right-hand corner of the LCD Display, a
trouble message may be waiting to be displayed. Press the
the right of the LCD Display to view this message. For troubleshooting,
see the end of this guide.
System Modes
Your alarm modes are "Arm Away" and "Arm Stay".
Arm Away
Use this mode when you are leaving.
• All Entry and Motion Sensors will be active.
• You have 60 seconds to exit before the alarm is active. This is called the
"exit delay".
