DESCRIPTION
VEC_I: Fan coil for ambient air treat-
ment during the summer. The air is delivered into
the room via vents which, thanks to the COANDA
effect, make the air jet adhere to the ceiling.

TYPES OF PLANT
the fan coils are designed for 2-pipe systems:
- without valve;
- with water valve (vcf);
VENTILATION
variable speed ventilation can be controlled
either manually or automatically from the
control panel.
HEAT EXCHANGE BATTERY
battery with copper tube and aluminum fins
blocked by mechanical expansion of the tubes.
the manifolds are equipped with female con-
nections and air vents in the upper part of the
battery.
FILTERING SECTION
filter with filtering class g2, self-extinguishing b1
(din 4102).
easily removable and built with renewable
materials, it can be cleaned by washing.

blades developed in length to obtain high
flow rates with low rpm. the fans are directly
coupled to the shaft of the "brushless" electric
motor with elastic supports.

the "brushless electric motor with hall probes"
and the control system used in verm_i fan
coils from aermec stems from the fusion of
the most sophisticated technologies in the
field of mechanics and electronics developed
completely within the industrial group. it is a
permanent magnet motor, with low starting
current and easily adjustable in speed.
not affected by electromagnetic disturbances.
the fact that it is brushless allows less friction
and reduced wear.
through the dedicated inverter device it is pos-
sible to control the speed and torque of the
rotor continuously, simply by acting on the
stator currents.

the electric motor is dampened with elastic
supports and the steel shaft is mounted on
bushings, the resistance to salt spray is tested
according to astm b117 / 64 standards.
the "brushless electric motor with hall probes"
used in verm_i modulating fan coils by aer-

traditional ac motors and hybrid motors and
inverters (without hall probes) normally used
on other modulating fan coils:
- reduced wear
- possibility to adjust the rotation speed pre-
cisely and continuously (0-100%)

- continuous control of the rotor position this
