2.8 CONNECTION TO
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
For the electricity supply, which must have
single phase voltage of 230V-50Hz, connect
the three-pole wire supplied with the boiler
to a mains switch protected with fuses, with
a distance between contacts of at least 3
60
mm. In the case of replacement, the said
wire must be requested from SIME.
PLEASE NOTE: The appliance must be con-
nected to an efficient earth system.
SIME declines all responsibility for dama-
ges to persons or property deriving from a
non-earthed boiler.
SEPARATE DISCHARGE TYPE
C12 Wall discharge and aspiration subject to
the same wind conditions. With separate
ducts, the terminals must be situated
within a 50 cm side square
C32 Roof discharge and aspiration subject to
the same wind conditions, but with only
concentric roof terminal
C42 Discharge and aspiration in common sepa-
rate chimneys, but subject to the same
wind conditions
C52 Separate wall or roof discharge and aspi-
ration in areas with different pressures,
but not on opposite walls
C82 Discharge in single or common chimney
and wall aspiration.
2.8. 1 Electrical panel (fig. 9)
For access to the panel, switch off the elec-
tricity and unscrew the screws fixing the
cover to the box containing the connections.
The panel can be made to slope downwards
by removing the two lower screws that hold
it to the frame.
