ACTION TO BE TAKEN
IN THE CASE OF ANOMALY
In the case of an anomaly, the boiler func-
tion will be impeded and the remote control
display will show the following messages:
- "ALL 02"
Intervention of water pressure valve (5
fig. 10) which prevents the appliance func-
tioning when the water pressure in the
boiler is less than 0.6 bar. In the boiler,
the intervention of the pressure valve is
indicated by a flashing red light (2 fig. 10).
Regular functioning can be recovered in
two ways:
A) Fill the boiler: open the loading tap (3 fig.
10), and bring the pressure to the value
of 1-1.2 bar as indicated on the water
gauge (4 fig. 10).
B) Fill from the remote control: the remo-
te control display will show the icon
indicating t he no-wat er anomal y
" " and the message "ALL 02".
Fill the plant by pressing the remote
control button (RIEMP) for a maximum
cumulative time of five minutes. During
filling the icon will flash.
When pressure has returned to nor-
mal (1 bar) the icon will disappear, fil-

ling is deactivated and the timer that
counts the cumulative time is reset. If
an overall time of five minutes is insuf-
ficient to recover plant pressure and
the anomaly persists, request the
assistance of the Authorised Techni-
cal Service.
- "ALL 04"
The message appears on the display
when the sanitary temperature sensor
is out of order. Request the assistance of
the Authorised Technical Service.
- "ALL O5"
The message appears on the display
when the heating temperature sensor is
out of order. Request the assistance of
the Authorised Technical Service.
- "ALL 06"
An anomaly in the ignition phase or
during functioning could cause failure in
the electronic equipment, showing the
message on the display and triggering
off the shut-down button in the boiler (1
fig. 10). Press the button so that the boi-
ler will automatically start up again.
When the shut-down button has been
released, the signal will disappear from

the display. If the appliance shuts down
again, request the assistance of the
Authorised Technical Service to inspect
the plant.
CHANGEOVER OF GAS
If it is necessary to change over to another
type of gas, contact the SIME authorised
technical personnel.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
At the end of every heating season, the boi-
ler must be inspected and cleaned, pur-
suant to the provisions of Presidential
Decree No. 412 of 26 August 1993.
Routine maint enance and check on
appliance and safety systems functioning
must be carried out between April and
September, exclusively by the SIME
Authorised Technical Service. The boiler
is provided with an electricity supply
cable which, in the case of replacement,
must be requested from Sime.
