Firmware Updates

You can update the firmware on your Passport
"Connecting Dog Door to Computer" in Installation Guide) . New versions may be released periodically to make improvements or enhancements to
the Dog Door (similar to a mobile phone), without the need to purchase a new Dog Door . After connecting to the Dog Door Computer Application,
click on the "Updates" page to see what firmware version is on your Dog Door, the latest firmware version available and to download any updates .

About

On the About screen, you can view the firmware version of your Dog Door, the Serial Number and the PetSafe
screen, from the Main Menu select Setup> About .

Serial Number

Your Passport Intelligent Dog Door has a unique Serial Number which identifies your Dog Door . This number is needed during product registration

to use the Dog Door Computer Application and may be needed by our Customer Care Centre during any calls for product assistance . The Serial
Number can be found on the About screen (see "About") or on a label located inside the Battery Compartment (see "Features, Controls and
Indictors" in Installation Guide) .
