11.16 A16 - GRUPOS (GROUPS (only using receivers CTWB model))
Through the "A16 – Grupos" menu is possible select the user groups and
define date and hour to free the access of each group.
This setting can be grant to control the employees or service provider
access that do not have free access to the building, increasing the
security and blocking the users access in the not allowed days of week
and hours.
HOW TO SET A GROUP:
Access the "A16 – Grupos" option, image 11.16.a and press
ENTER to select a group through the numeric identification, image
11.16.b. To set a new group, the choose group must be with the
parameters not yet filled, as described in the image 11.16.b.
Define a name for the new group. With the cursor over GRUPO
and after select the number with the ENTER, UP/DOWN keys,
press the AVANÇA key and then edit the standard text.
In the EXAMPLE 1, image 11.16.c, will be created the "MORADOR" (residents) group, that can
access the building every day of the week and every holiday, in any hour; in the EXAMPLE 2, image
11.16.d, the "FUNC" (employees) group, that can access the building only from Monday to Friday
"exceto feriados - except holidays", between 8 a.m. and 5
SETTING HOLIDAYS DATES:
The considered holidays dates in the group setting (up to 10 dates) must
be inserted one by one. For it, access the FERIADOS option and set the
dates. After the end of the setting, press the ENTER key to save, image
11.16.e.
