Should the equipment need to be restarted after a particularly long period of inactivity proceed as
described in Chapter 6 (First-time Use).
If there are any faults or malfunctions proceed as described in Chapter 9 (Troubleshooting). If the
problem persists or is not covered by the information in this chapter contact your Authorised Servicing
Centre immediately.
To obtain technical assistance choose one of the following options:
1. contact your Authorised Servicing Centre.
2. telephone the Zhermack Customer Assistance Service on the number +39 0425.597.611 and
proceed as follows: give personal data (e.g. address and telephone n.), state the information on the
equipment ID plate (see paragraph 3.5) and explain the problem clearly.
3. fax all the above information and a properly filled out ID Form (see Appendix A.2) to +39
0425.53.596.
