SAFETY WARNINGS
2.1
WARNINGS FOR THE INSTALLER
•
Check that the predispositions for acceptance of
the appliance comply with the local, national and
European regulations.
•
Observe the prescriptions contained in this manual.
•
Verify that the chimney flue and air inlet predispositions
conform to the type of installation.
•
Do not perform any make-shift electrical connections
with temporary or non-insulated cables.
•
Check that the earthing of the electrical system
is efficient.
•
Always use the personal protective equipment and
other means of protection provided by law.
2.2
WARNINGS FOR THE USER
•
Prepare the installation site according to the local,
national and European regulations.
•
The appliance, being a heating product, has
particularly hot external surfaces.
•
For this reason, maximum caution is recommended
during operation, in particular:
•
do not touch and do not approach the glass of
the door, it could cause burns;
•
do not touch the smoke outlet;
•
do not offload the ashes;
•
only open the door for normal refill operations;
•
do not perform any type of cleaning;
•
keep children out of reach.
•
Observe the prescriptions contained in this manual.
•
Use only the fuel complying with the indications given
on the chapter relating to the fuel characteristics.
•
Strictly carry out the scheduled maintenance
operations.
•
Do not use the fireplace in case of abnormal
operation, suspicion of breakage or noises.
•
Do not throw water on the fireplace during operation,
even if intended to extinguish the fire.
•
Do not lean on the open door, it could compromise
its stability.
•
Do not use the fireplace as anchoring support of
any type.
•
Do not clean the fireplace until the structure and the
ashes are completely cooled down.
•
Perform all operations in maximum safety and when
calm.
•
Do not use the fireplace as a waste incinerator.
•
In case of fireplace malfunction due to non-optimal
draw of the flue, be sure to arrange careful cleaning
to be performed by a specialist technician.
•
In the event of a fire in the fireplace, try to extinguish
the fire in the stove by shutting off all the primary air
necessary for combustion and immediately call the
emergency service.

TECHNICIAN
•
Observe the prescriptions contained in this manual.
•
Always use personal protective equipment and other
means of protection.
•
Before starting any maintenance operation, make
sure that the fireplace has cooled down in the event
it has been used.
•
Remove the power supply before working on
electrical and electronic parts and connectors.
