Model Paula:
-
When opening the door of the oven, at the top, you can find the
top cleaning cover.
-
Extract the register cover by unscrewing the screws.
-
Clean the ashes placed in the upper part. Drawing D25.
-
Replace the pieces and check the hermeticism of the register.
Once the upper part is cleaned, it is necessary to clean the smoke
register in the lower part of the stove. In order to do this,
it is necessary to open the door of the stove and, later, follow the next
steps:
-
Extract the register cover by unscrewing the screws. See
drawing D26
-
Clean the ashes and the soot placed in the register.
-
Clean the blades and the case of the extractor. Extract the extractor if necessary. See drawing D27.
-
Replace the pieces and check the hermeticism of the register.
In the Elsa model, there are other two cleaning registers placed on the sides of the stove:
-
In order to clean them, it is necessary to remove the side chambers of the stove.
-
These registers are placed on each side of the combustion chamber (see drawings D28 and D29).
In both cases, follow the next steps:
-
Extract the register cover by unscrewing the screws. See drawing D30
-
Clean the ashes and the soot placed in the register.
-
Replace the pieces and check the hermeticism of the register.
In the Paula model there are also lateral cleaning registers. In order to access to them,
you have to remove the side chambers of the stove and repeat the previous cleaning
operations (See drawing D31).

SEASONAL STOPPAGES
If the stove will not be used for a long time it is convenient to keep the fuel tank empty,
such as the screw-type conveyor to avoid the fuel compacting. Clean the stove and
the smoke duct, removing the ashes and other residues, close the stove door. It is
recommended to clean the chimney at least once a year. Meanwhile, check the seals
because if they are not in good condition (they do not adjust to the door), they do not
guarantee the proper operation of the stove! For this reason, it would be necessary to
change them. If there is humidity in the place where the stove is installed, put absorbent
salts inside the equipment. Protect the internal parts with neutral vaseline in order to
keep the appearance overtime.
It is possible to disconnect the stove from the electrical network, but remember that if it
is going to be disconnected for a long time, when you connect it again, it will show the
time 00:00 will appear blinking, and you will need to introduce again the values of date
and time.
