REGOLAZIONE DELLA FRIZIONE
La regolazione della frizione e di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza deve
essere eseguita solo da personale qualificato.
L'ONDA 2000 è dotato di una frizione meccanica che serve a garantire il
rispetto delle norme di sicurezza dell'automazione. La frizione limita la spinta
che l'anta esercita su un ostacolo che ne impedisce il movimento.
•
Il valore di taratura deve essere individuato sul campo ad installazio-
ne avvenuta, e deve essere tale da rispettare le vigenti Norme di
Sicurezza (15 daN secondo UNI 8612).
•
Qualora si superino i 15 daN è necessario aumentare i dispositivi di
sicurezza consultando le Norme di Sicurezza vigenti.
•
Controllare la spinta in entrambi i sensi ed in diverse posizioni
dell'anta.
Modalità di intervento:

Togliere tensione al motoriduttore.

Togliere la calotta al motoriduttore.
-
Tenere ferma con una chiave a brugola (CH 4) la vite (D4 ) ed agire sul
dado (D4 ) con una chiave fissa (CH 13); AVVITARE per aumentare la
forza, SVITARE per diminuirla.

Avviare elettricamente il motoriduttore e controllare la spinta dell'anta
con un dinamometro (D5
-
Ripetere per tentativi le operazioni di cui sopra fino al raggiungimento dei
valori di spinta desiderati in diverse posizioni di apertura.
CHIUSURA DEL MOTORIDUTTORE
Richiudere il motoriduttore con la propria calotta.
Fare attenzione ad inserire la calotta nelle apposite guide (D6) ed a non
danneggiare i cavi elettrici durante la chiusura.
CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT
The adjustment of the clutch and all the safety devices must be
performed only by qualified personnel.
The ONDA 2000 is fitted with an mechanical clutch in accordance with the
safety regulations for automatic devices. The clutch intervenes by limiting the
pressure of the gate on any obstacle in its path.
•
The calibration value must be established on the site once installa-
tion has taken place, and must comply with the existing Safety
Regulations (15 daN).
•
If the maximum value (15 daN) is exceeded, increase the number of
safety devices, in accordance with current safety regulations.
•
Check the thrust force in both directions and at different gate
positions.
To do this:
-
Turn OFF the mains supply to geared-motor.

Remove the cover from the geared-motor.
-
Hold the screw (D4
) firm with an Allen key (CH4) and adjust the nut
(D4 ) with a fixed spanner (CH13). SCREW down to increase the force;
UNSCREW to reduce it.

Start up the geared-motor and check the gate thrust with a DYNAMOM-
ETER (D5 ).
-
Repeat the above operations until the correct thrust pressures are
obtained for the different opening positions.
CLOSING THE GEARED-MOTOR
Close the geared-motor with its cover.
Be careful to insert the cover in its special guides (D6) and don't damage
the electric cables when closing.
