There are two ways to do this:
1. The drive can be advanced manually and brought to the desired position in the "Operate" tab, after
which the actual value can be read from the display and entered to the position records table.
2. Previous marking of the "FCT" and "Enable" fields as activated is undone to this end. The drive is no
longer controlled and can be manually moved to the desired position. When the drive is in the desired
positon, the actual value can be read from the display and entered to the position records table.
Note
Either way, the Z-axis can be unlocked by closing the shut-off valve which is located on the profile
foot of the 2-axis handling module with stepper motor. The Z-axis can then be moved manually.
Caution – risk of collision
After the position settings have been completed, the Z-axis must be lifted manually to its upper end
position. The shut-off valve has to be opened in order to lock the Z-axis.
