Throttle operation

THROTTLE OPERATION
1. Tum the throttle leftward and rightward till it is fully open
or close, to check if the throttle rotation is smooth.
2. Holding the throttle handle tightly to check its free stroke.
Its standard free stroke in rotation is about 2-6mm. To adjust
the stroke, loosen the lock nut (1) and turn (2).

1. To start engine and warmed up its temperature to its nor-
mal operation.
2. Adjust throttle screw, and make idle speed of engine to
the number 1,400min(r/min). Turn the screw toward direc-
tion (A) to increase rotating speed, inversely, toward 'B', the
speed would be lowered.

3. After done following the above methods, if proper idle

speed couldn't be achieved or back pressure of exhaust cylin-

der generates is not average, carburettor needs uniquely to
be adjusted and dealt simultaneously. To deal with it, special
instruments are needed, and operator should contact local
appointed agency.
