Voltage calibration
The calibration of voltage should be carried out by qualified personnel only because of
electrocution hazard
Output voltage regulation should be carried out at nominal revolving speed (3000 rpm for 2 poles alternators
and 1500 rpm for those at 4 poles) within the nominal value +/-5%.

The alternators are calibrated to deliver the nominal
voltage. To correct the output voltage of the alternator
Excitation data
it is necessary to act on the potentiometer located on

Protection
The electronic regulator acts also as protection against
overloads on exciting windings of the alternator when
functioning at a frequency lower than the nominal one,

in case of overload or loads with low power factor.
