The warranty for CROWN appliance
is provided according to the laws and
specific features of each country. In
case the legislation doesn't provide
the terms of warranty service, they will
be defined by the trade representa-
tive which is engaged in our products

The beginning of the warranty period
is the date of sale of the appliance
through the trading company (ac-
knowledgement - as well presence of
the receipt or the substituting)�
The producer doesn't incur the respon-
sibility for warranty and after sales ser-
vice if he is not appearing as a seller
of the appliance in the territory of your
country�
Warranty service
For the realization of warranty service
it is necessary to contact the company
which has sold you the appliance or
the nearest service centre which car-
ries out the reparation of CROWN ap-
pliances�
When the appliance is brought to the
service centre or trading organiza-
tion, it is necessary for you to give
the appliance in the pure state with
defect description, in original pack-
ing, the receipt or the substituting,
that confirms the date of purchase of
the appliance�
If after malfunction check it appears
that the given malfunction has oc-
curred because of the producer, the
warranty service will be provided�
In case malfunction has occurred be-
cause of the user, the cost of services
for appliance repair works is transmit-
ted to the user�
Terms of execution of works depend
on complexity of elimination of the rea-
son of the defect and are defined by
the trade representative or the service
centre which has accepted the appli-
ance for repair works�
Warranty service is not provided in
cases:

Uses of the appliance for purposes,
not provided by the original instruction,
misuse and operation errors;
•
Damage resulted from commercial
or industrial use, as this appliance is
intended for DIY use only;
•
Transportation
sales;
Absence of:
•

The receipt confirming date of
purchase and guarantee period or
other substituting document;
•
Labels on the appliance with se-
rial number of the producer;
•
Natural wear of mechanisms and
assemblies having the limited period
of working capacity;
Preventive maintenance and re-

placement of fast wear details - O-
rings, seals, valves, nozzles, filters,
damages to high pressure hose, gun,
pump, motor, housing (more detailed
information can be received in the
CROWN service centres working in
your country);

Overload or a heavy use which
consequence are:
Simultaneous failure of one or

more hardware parts and assem-
blies functionally connected with
the system;
•
Burning, charring, melting due
to excessive internal temperatures
of hardware (heating elements,
switches, wiring, housings);
Mechanical damages, presence of

foreign objects in the appliance;
•
Dismantling and repair work which
has been not carried out by CROWN
experts�
The warranty is not valid for consum-
ables and accessories which partly
belong to the scope of supplies�
