Inserting the Shift Organizer:
Position the cursor where you want the shift code to appear in your message and press
the Shift key followed by the Clock key.
Inserting the Product Count:
Position the cursor where you want the product count to appear in your message and
press the Product Count key.
Note: The QM7500 sees clock, date, expiration date, shift organizer
and product count as single characters.

Use the Left and Right cursor keys to select the first element in the time
code.

Use the Down cursor to move the selected time element into position. You can
have up to 5 characters in your time code. To remove the last entered element from

3. Key in any spaces or dividing punctuation.
Repeat steps 1 through 3 to finish formatting the time code.

Press the Return key to return to the main menu.
To insert the time code in your message, refer to "New/Edit Message."

month (alpha month), date and year.

Use the Down cursor to move the selected date element into position.
You can have up to 12 characters in your date code. To remove the last entered
