1.
Use the Left and Right cursor keys to select the date component you want
to appear first in the expiration date format.
2.
Press the Down cursor to move the selected component into position. To delete
the last entered element from the format, press
xxxx
.
3. Key in any space or punctuation.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 to select other date components for inclusion in the
expiration date format.
5.
Press the Return key to save the new expiration date format and return to the
main menu.
To set the expiration date, refer to "Expiration Date" below.
To print the expiration date in your message, refer to "New/Edit Message."
1. Current print count: is displayed. Key in the starting number to begin the new
count at or press the Return key to leave unchanged. You must key in leading
zeroes. Example: To count from 1 to 999, key in 001; the QM7500 will print 001,
002, etc., up to 999, then roll over and begin the count again.

Press the Return key to return to the main menu.
To insert the product count in your message, refer to "New/Edit Message."
You can program two expiration dates.
1. Key in a three-digit number for the number of days needed from the current date for
the desired expiration date.
2.
Use the Down cursor key to select the second expiration date.
Repeat step 1 to program this expiration date.
3.
Press the Return key to return to the main menu.
To insert the expiration date in your message, refer to "New/Edit Message."
