Engine does not turn over.

Probable Cause
Battery weak or dead.
Battery cables corroded.
Electrical short, broken wire, or loose
connection.
Engine starter inoperative.
Flow ON/OFF handle in the ON
position.
Electrical short, broken wire, or loose

Flow ON/OFF valve in the OFF
position.
Tool is a closed-center system type.
No hydraulic fluid in system or fluid
level low.
Incorrect hydraulic fluid viscosity.
Hydraulic filter needs service.
Power unit components (pump,
valve etc.) worn or damaged.
Engine output insufficient. Engine
needs adjustment, tune-up, etc.
