V. Lubrication
A l l indications concerning the lubrication of the
movement are given below in the description of
the assembling.
Weadvicethe useof lubricants indicated further
by thefollowing symbols:
V I . Assembling -
casing up
1. Put in place, under the barrel bridge, greas-
ing previously the pivoting points, the crown
wheel (421), the crown wheel core (423), the
click spring (430) and the click (425). A l s o
grease the bead limitating the endshake of
the ratchet wheel.
(The crown wheel core must be supported
when it is being screwed.)
2. Set the detend axle (502), the center wheel
(206) and the barrel (180/2) having taken care
of oiling their pivots as also the fitting of the
detent axle.
Set the ratchet wheel (416), the fourth wheel
(225), the third wheel (210), the reverser
connecting wheel (1499) and the driving gear
(1482).
3. Set the barrel and train wheel bridge (106)
and fasten its screws.
4. Set the escape wheel (705) and the escape
wheel bridge (116), fasten its screws.
5. Oil the upper pivots of the third wheel (210),
fourth wheel (225), escape wheel (705), driv-
ing gear for crown wheel (1482) and reverser
connecting wheel (1499).
6. Oil the lower pivots ( 3^ ) of the third
wheel (210), fourth wheel (225) escape wheel
(705), driving gear for crown wheel (1482)
and reverser connecting wheel (1499).
V. Lubrificación
Todas las indicaciones útiles concernientes al
aceitado del movimiento se hallan con las indi-
caciones relativas al remontaje, que describire-
mos a continuación.
Recomendamos
el
empleo
que designaremos con los siguientes símbolos.
V I . Remontaje - Encaje
1. Colocar bajo el puente de barrilete engra-
sando previamente los ejes, la rueda de
corona (421), el sombrero (423), el muelle de
trinquete (430) y el trinquete (425). Engrasar
tembién ligeramente la superficie que apoya
sobre el róchete. (El sombrero de la rueda de
corona ha de apoyarse al ser atornillado.)
2. Colocar el eje de tirete (502), la rueda de cen-
tro (206), el barrilete (180/2), el róchete (416),
la rueda de segundos (225), la rueda primera
(210), la rueda de transmisión del inversor
(1499) y el móvil de arrastre (1482), habiendo
aceitado previamente los pivotes del árbol
de barrilete y el ajuste del eje de tirete.
3. Atornillar el puente del barrilete y de rodaje
(106).
4. Colocar la rueda de escape (705) y atornillar
el puente (116).
5. Aceitar los pivotes superiores de las ruedas
primera (210), de segundos (225), de escape
(705), del móvil de arrastre de la rueda de
corona (1482) y de la rueda de transmisión
del inversor (1499).
6. Aceitar los pivotes inferiores(
das primera (210), de segundos (225), de es-
cape (705), del móvil de arrastre de la rueda de
corona (1482) y de la rueda de transmisión
del inversor (1499).
