8.8 Programming
By turning on the unit, the following LEDs go on:
• The version of the software installed will appear on the
display in 3 figures (e.g. P42) followed by the mes-
sage: "F50" for the 50Hz and "F60" for the 60HZ. These
will also appear for about 2 seconds.
• The green LED on the pressure contact is ON (in the
case of the pointer with the double release pedal, it is
OFF).
Programming control consists of setting the welding pa-
rameters. When selecting the parameters, you assign
the desired value to each one. For more information about
parameters refer to section 8.5.2/8.5.3.
All parameters are identified by a graphic symbol and are
signalled by a series of LEDs located in the middle of
control panel. To modify a parameter select it, moving left
or right by way of the key
LED will go on and the stored value is shown on display.
Press the key
or
to increase or decrease the value
of the selected parameter. The value is automatically
stored, you do not need to press any key to confirm.
For making test cycle without current, press the black
button (yellow LED must be off)
The following table indicates the admissible range for each

9.2 Adjusting the distance between
electrodes
The welding machine is usually supplied with a 20 mm
gap between the electrodes. If you need a larger distance,
leave the electrode holders position unchanged (pos. E,
fig. 1-2) and proceed as follows:
ZT - NKLT Turn the adjustment screw (pos. H, fig. 1) (the
foot pedal will reach a higher position).
ZP - NKLP Release air from the pneumatic circuit and
turn the sleeve (pos. P, fig. 2).
