very satisfied with this highly modern device.
To guarantee the optimal functionality and performance of your timer switch at all times,
and for ensuring your personal safety, we have one favour to ask of you:
Before you take this device into operation for the first time, please read the operating
instructions thoroughly and, above all, follow these safety instructions.
Only those operations may be carried out with this device, which have been described in the
operating manual.
Should you ever give your digital timer switch to someone else, please also include the
operating manual.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Check the timer switch for any damage, before you take it into operation!
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures or humidity. For your own safety, make
absolutely sure that the timer switch does not becoming humid or wet.
• Never use the timer switch outdoors.
• The device is fitted with an earthing contact, and it may be for only be connected to and
operated with properly installed, earthed sockets (230 V ~ 50 Hz).
• Please make sure that the socket remains easily accessible, also after the timer switch has
been connected, so that you can quickly pull the timer switch out of the socket, if that
should be necessary.
• Never attempt to operate this device with a different voltage than that indicated in these
instructions.
• Do not connect several timer switches after one another, and also do not connect similar
equipment units with one another.
• Never operate the timer switch in spaces or rooms, where flammable gases, vapours or
dust concentrations can occur.
• Never open the timer switch. This may expose you to components that carry an electrical
charge.
• Immediately remove the timer switch from the socket, if it should become damaged
