5.3 Measures at the End of Operation
5.3.1

Heated banquet trolleys

To switch off the heated banquet trolley, proceed as follows:
Switch off the heating on the On/Off switch rotary knob with thermostat. For this, turn the rotary knob
to the left.
Pull out the mains plug and insert it into the plug park provided on the banquet trolley or wind it onto
the thermal module.
Apply both total brakes in order to secure the appliance against unintended movement.
Allow the thermal module of the banquet trolley to cool down and drain it.
5.3.2

Neutral banquet trolley

To bring the neutral banquet trolley to a stop, apply both total brakes in order to secure the appliance
against movement.
