FOOD PREPARATION
• Keep food slices uniform in size, 6mm/1/4" thick or less.
• Do not overlap the food slices on the trays.
• Drying times may vary depending on the food thickness, moisture,
level and ambient conditions.
• Follow all food safety guidelines.
SAFETY WARNINGS
• IMPORTANT! Read and fully understand all instructions and
warnings prior to using the dehydrator.
• Use in a well ventilated area. DO NOT block air vents and
position the dehydrator 30.5cm / 12" away from any wall
during operation. This dehydrator is for indoor use only.
• To protect against electric shock, be sure to connect the plug
to a properly grounded outlet.
• DO NOT immerse in water or liquids. DO NOT use the
dehydrator with wet hands or bare feet. DO NOT operate the
dehydrator near running water.
• Unplug the dehydrator when not in use.
