(7) This national technical approval dispenses with the need to determine suitability pursuant
to § 63 of the German Water Management Act (WHG)
the user shall be responsible for checking whether the system as a whole requires a suitability
assessment in accordance with the German Act on Installations Handling Materials
Hazardous to Water, even though this is not required for the object of approval itself.
(8) The period of validity of this national technical approval (see page 1) refers to use
pertaining to incorporation or installation of the object of approval and not to subsequent use.

Provisions for constructed products
2.1
General
The containers and their parts must conform to the Special Provisions and the annexes of
this document, as well as the information filed at the DIBt.
2.2
Properties and composition
2.2.1
Materials
The materials to be used must comply with Annex 3.
2.2.2
Design details
Design details must comply with Annexes 1.1 to 1.9.
2.2.3
Certification of structural stability
The containers are structurally stable when used under the applicable usage conditions. For
container set-ups outside buildings, where containers have an anchoring design pursuant to
Annex 1.4, structural stability shall be considered certified for wind loads up to wind zone 2
pursuant to DIN EN 1991-1-4/NA
2.2.4
Reaction to fire
Fibreglass-reinforced reactive resin is, in the thicknesses occurring in the application,
normally inflammable (class B2 pursuant to DIN 4102-1
(2).
2.2.5
Leak detection
The exterior wall of the container is translucent. Leaks on the interior wall can therefore be
easily and reliably detected. Fluids that penetrate into the interstitial space are completely
held back. The containers thus comply with requirement R
Facilities Dealing with Substances Hazardous to Water and on Specialist Companies
(VAwS).
2.2.6
Leak indication
Containers that have a leak indicator connected to their interstitial space also comply with the
requirements R
