5 TROUBLESHOOTING THE FLOWmix

SYMPTOM
The suction pump is not drawing foam
agent.
Foam is leaking from the side flush
drain.
No foam is being produced at
the nozzle.
The drain tube on the side of the tank
is dripping foam agent.
Leak from the selector valve or from
the metering valve.
1/ Ensure the selector valve is correctly set
to REFILL.
2/ The tank is already full. If so, do not force the pump.
3/ The dip tube is blocked or not properly below
the surface of the liquid to draw it up.
4/ The suction hose clamp nut is not tight or the seal
is leaking.
5/ Air is getting into the suction hose (Collars? hole?).
Set the flush valve to FOAM.
1/ Ensure the selector valve and flush valve are correctly
set to FOAM.
2/ The tank is empty, so fill it (See chapter above).
3/ The metering valve is blocked. Set to 3%
the pipes (See chapter above).
The tank bladder is pierced and must be replaced
(contact LEADER).
Replace O-rings: Remove the circlip from behind
the control panel, pull the concentration adjuster valve off
the front of the control panel, and replace the O-rings.
