4 OPERATION
4.1 FILLING THE TANK
FLOWmix Systems are supplied empty. The tank must therefore be filled with additive
before use. Proceed as follows:
Turn the flush valve to FOAM.

Turn the selector valve to REFILL

the refill pump to the bladder tank and releasing the pressure in the tank
(And put the dip tube in the additive barrel in the case of portable models).
Set the metering valve at 1%.

Operate the hand pump lever located on the appliance or the switch (Not supplied)

of the electric pump until the bladder is completely filled. Water will escape onto
the ground during filling (Except on the initial fill when the system is completely dry).
!!! CAUTION!!! When filling for the first time (Tank full of air). Operate the pump for no
more than 1 minute, then turn the three-way valve to FOAM
to escape; and turn it back to REFILL.
again and repeat this operation until completely full. (This procedure is only necessary
on the first fill).
Pump until there is slight resistance to the pump and the flow of water to the ground

!!! IMPORTANT: DO NOT FORCE THE PUMP!!!

NOTE: This operation can be done without turning off the pump of the apparatus.
It is recommended to refill the tank after each use. This will ensure that the tank is always
full whenever used, ensuring usability for as long as possible whenever required.
