1 INTRODUCTION

FLOWmix is a metering system for injecting the firefighting foam agents (Or any other product)
which it contains in concentrations of between 0.1% and 3%. To operate the appliance, simply
connect it to the line into which you wish to inject the product. No external power source
is required.
The four main parts of FLOWmix are:
- The bladder tank, which can be installed anywhere (Preferably vertically).
- The foam agent refill pump (Electric or hand-powered).
- The differential pressure transition valve, or injection sleeve, which must be
positioned at the pump outlet, after a check valve (Not supplied).
- The control panel, consisting of the metering valve, a selector valve,
and the flush valve.
Connect these parts together using half-inch hydraulic hose (min. 406 Psi) and bronze
couplings.
