Stir bar is not rotating

— Confirm that unit is powered and in stirring
or oscillation mode.
— Rotation speed may be too low, turn control
knob to adjust speed.
— Confirm that magnet rotor is installed.
— Confirm that lid is latched.
— Confirm that a Heathrow Scientific stir bar
is being used. Heathrow Scientific stir bars
provide the best performance with this
device.
— Magnet has not correctly coupled with stir
bar:
— Cycle device "Off" and "On" to reset.
— Turn speed down by turning control
knob counter clockwise Q
— Center container with liquid on device
lid.
— Allow stir bar to couple with magnets on
rotor in device.
— Confirm that a Heathrow Scientific stir bar
is being used. Heathrow Scientific stir bars
provide the best performance with this
device.
— Confirm stir bar is in liquid container, add
a Heathrow Scientific stir bar to the liquid
container if missing.
— Liquid viscosity too high. Lower liquid
viscosity as needed.
