6 Putting into operation
6.1 Connecting the pneumatic system
The BRS-FP uses cleaned and lubricated compressed air, which is supplied to the integrated distributor block
by means of a maintenance unit.
The supply line required for this purpose has a minimum inner width of 8 mm and is not included in the scope
of delivery.
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
The following instructions must be adhered to throughout all maintenance, servicing, assembly,
disassembly and repair work:
• The BRS-FP torch cleaning station must remain without pressure until installation is complete.

• The cleaning capacity of the torch cleaning station depends on operating pressure, number of
