3 Clean the ABIROB
4 Grease the O-rings (3), (4) with sealing grease (included in the scope of delivery).
5 Mount the O-rings (3), (4) onto the size cylinders (5).
6 Mount the balls (6), pressure springs (2) and size cylinders (5).
7 Dismount the set screw (1) and gas guide (8) and check them; if necessary replace and
remount them.

Carry out a functional check after mounting the iSTM mount.
• Mounting the cable assembly
• Switching on the recirculation cooler
• Carrying out a tightness check (visual check for coolant loss)

During maintenance and cleaning, check the O-ring (6) for damage and replace it if necessary.
