Overview
This self-contained gravity-fed eye wash flushes eyes for 15 minutes at a minimum of 0.4 gallons/minute by
using only 7 gallons of water. It can be transported when empty but should be placed in a fixed location
when completely assembled and filled with fluid. The On-Site® complies with ANSI standard Z358.1-1998.
Components
Tank: The tank is made of transparent yellow polycarbonate.
Pedestal: The pedestal is made of opaque yellow polyethylene, with a black polyethylene pull-down arm.
Concentrate: The contents of the 8 oz. bottle of water preservative concentrate is mixed with 7 gallons of
potable water in the eye wash tank.
Wall Bracket: The wall bracket is made of stainless steel and is used for mounting the unit to the wall (optional).
Heater Jacket: The yellow insulated/waterproof heater jacket is made of 200-denier foam-backed nylon with a
clear vinyl pocket. The 121-watt tank heater and 60-watt tube heater are made of silicone rubber with PSA
adhesive backing. The thermostat is 75°F +/- 5°normal operation in series with 90°F +/- 5° high limit, manually
reset thermostat.
Emergency Equipment Warranty
Bradley Corporation warrants to commercial and institutional purchaser only each fixture free from defects and workmanship
under normal use and service upon the following terms and conditions:
1. We will replace, without charge, any part which proves to be defective within one year from the date of our invoice at our
option, F.O.B. Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
2. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charge and does not apply to fixtures which have been damaged
by accident, abuse, or improper maintenance.
3. The repair or replacement of the defective fixtures as stated in this warranty shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser,
and the sole liability of the Bradley Corporation under this warranty. Bradley Corporation shall not otherwise be liable under
any circumstances for incidental, consequential or indirect charges caused by defects in fixtures or any delay in the repair or
replacement thereof.
4. This warranty extends only to commercial and institutional purchases and does not extend to any others, including consumer,
customers of commercial and institutional purchasers.
5. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed of implied, including any implied warranty of merchants ability or fitness
for practical purpose, or otherwise.
6. Bradley emergency fixtures are to be used as a supplement to first aid treatment. Bradley Corporation cannot guarantee that
when used this emergency equipment will prevent serious injury or the aggravation of existing or prior injuries. No other
warranties, expressed or implied are authorized, provided or guaranteed by Bradley Corporation.

When drilling into tile, masonry or other materials which make installing wall
anchors difficult, be sure to wear safety goggles to prevent eye injuries.
Emergency eye wash unit shall be placed in accessible locations that
require no more than ten seconds to reach and should be within a travel
distance no greater than 30.5 m (100 ft) from the hazard (ANSI Z358.1-1998).
It is recommended that a waste container be placed under the eye wash
unit during use/testing to collect spent water. This will help keep the floor
dry and provide easy waste disposal.
This product meets ANSI Z358.1-1998 as a self-contained "gravity-fed" eye
wash. All ANSI approved eye washes must provide a minimum 15-minute
water flush treatment at a minimum of 0.4 GPM.
Keep this manual and the inspection tag with the emergency fixture.
