5) Turn the rotating switches (18) (17) to:
- set the welding voltage.
- set the wire speed in welding shown on the display (5).
- view the plate thickness recommended on the display (3)
6) Follow the instructions from point 4) to point 7) in par. 6.2.
7) Turn the fine regulating potentiometer (30) on the wire feeder to vary the speed
around the set value.
The regulating interval obtained around the set wire speed is the same as in
paragraph 7.1.

PRIMARY SUPPLY MAINS
ATTENTION!!!
Maintenance operations must be carried out by qualified personnel.
The efficiency of the welding system in the course of time is directly linked to the frequency
of maintenance operations, in particular:
For welding machines, it is sufficient to keep the inside clean; the dustier the work
environment, the more frequently this should be done.
- Remove the cover.
- Remove all traces of dust from the internal parts of the generator using a jet of
compressed air with a pressure no higher than 3 kg/cm
- Check all the electrical connections, ensuring that the nuts and bolts are tight.
- Do not hesitate to replace deteriorated components.
- Replace the cover.
- Once the above operations have been completed, the generator is ready for service,
following the instructions given in the chapter on "system installation".
