Savoury potatoes
Preparation: approx. 25 min.

Prosciutto or similar,

1. Core the potatoes, stuff with prosciutto
and sage leaves and place in oven-proof
dish.
2. Baking: approx. 20 min. in the middle of
the oven preheated to 180 °C.

Nutty zucchini
Preparation: approx. 15 min.

Zucchinis sliced to 2 cm
thickness, cored
1. Mix oil, nuts and olives. Stuff the zucchini
slices with the mixture and place in an
oven-proof deep dish.
2. Baking: approx. 20 min. in the middle of
the oven preheated to 180 °C.

Stuffed kohlrabi
Preparation: approx. 10 min.

Kohlrabi, halved and in cut in
wedges, cored
1. Mix cheese, apricots and chives. Stuff the
kohlrabi wedges with the mixture and
place in an oven-proof deep dish.
2. Baking: approx. 30 min. in the middle of
the oven preheated to 200 °C.

Aubergine with
minced meat
Preparation: approx. 25 min.
Baking: approx. 30 min.

Minced meat (poultry)

Onion, finely chopped

Garlic clove, pressed

Crosswise cut the aubergines
in three pieces, core and pierce
the skin with a fork
1. In a bowl, mix the meat with all spices,
thoroughly knead until all ingredients
combine to a solid mass that no longer
sticks to your hands. Stuff the aubergines
with this mass and place on a baking tray
lined with baking paper.
2. Baking: approx. 30 min. in the lower half
of the oven preheated to 200 °C.
