15.1 Device

In the European Union, the
symbol of a crossed-out wheelie
bin means that the product must
be disposed of at a separate
waste collection point. This
applies to this product and to all
accessories marked with this symbol.
Products labelled in this way must not be

Appliances sent to us postage paid will be
repaired free of charge in the event of faulty
materials or workmanship. Any further claims
are in accordance with your statutory rights.

Worn parts are excluded from the warranty.
Within the first 24 months after the date of
purchase we will rectify any recognised
faults without any charge for incidental
costs incurred.
Under all circumstances, the device must be
returned accompanied by the purchase
receipt or other proof of the purchase date
must be supplied.
If no proof of purchase date is provided, you
will be invoiced for the costs incurred
without further inquiry, and the item will be
returned to you with a request of payment
on delivery.

The device meets all applicable European directives, as well as their respective essential
requirements. These are detailed in the EU declaration of conformity, which can be
requested from the manufacturer. The Declaration of Conformity can be found at
www.nuk.de.

15.2 Packaging

When you wish to dispose of the
packaging, please observe the
relevant
regulations for your country.
Please complete the
immediately after purchase and keep this, or
the till receipt, in a safe place as proof of
purchase. Lost warranty certificates will not
be replaced.
In case of complaints: please keep the
address, Art. No., and SN for future
reference. The serial number can be found
on the rating plate, identified as "SN xxxx".
